Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Social and Community Management Specialist for Amazon Global Selling Vietnam. This person will lead the social content planning and production across social channels (Facebook, Zalo, Youtube, email marketing) to recruit new sellers and increase their engagement with brand content in order to launch their businesses on Amazon Global Selling. This person will also be responsible for managing social conversation across owned social channels to motivate and engage prospect sellers, as well as engaging with other social communities to build AGS awareness among prospect sellers.

To be successful in this role, candidate need to be a social-native with problem-solving mindset to deal with ambiguity. Candidates need think and act fast as individual contributor and a team player to creatively solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate needs to be strategic in defining appealing selling points for Amazon, at the same time, he/she needs to creative and social-friendly to engage sellers with compelling social communications/contents to help target audiences clearly understand the cross-border ecommerce opportunities on Amazon market places. This person will work closely with Marketing team including inhouse designer(s), internal PR, business development teams and other external agencies to continue building up top-funnel awareness for Amazon Global Selling.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan and execute social communication & content across all channels (Facebook, Zalo, Youtube, email marketing, live broadcast) to ensure delivering a consistent brand messages & image to key segments.
  • Plan and execute live-broadcasts monthly content across owned social channels to build awareness for VNGS business and educate target audiences about cross- border ecommerce opportunities on Amazon.
  • Engage and response daily to sellers across owned social channels (Facebook, Zalo, Youtube) to guide and support sellers to launch their businesses on Amazon Global Selling.
  • Support internal and external partners with brand communications assets and content, adapted in numerous channels.

Basic qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or Journalism or related qualification or related fields.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing communications, preferably in ecommerce, retail technology, or B2B industries. Experience working in fast-paced and cross-functional organization.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing social content. B2B and/or ecommerce content will be a big plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Good negotiating and collaborating skill to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
