Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Execution
- Develop ideas, plan, and execute events such as exhibitions, industry conferences, product launches, partner gatherings, training sessions and internal events (e.g., SEMICON, SemiExpo, Innovate Vietnam, etc.).
- Collaborate with relevant departments (Communication, Engineering, Business) and partners/vendors to ensure timely execution and brand consistency across all event touchpoints.
- Prepare and manage event budgets, including forecasting and cost control. - Work with suppliers, booth design agencies, and gift/merchandise vendors to produce event materials and branding collaterals.
- Oversee the end-to-end event process, from planning, preparation to on-site management and post-event evaluation.
2. Event Communication & Content
- Develop communication plans for pre-event, during-event and post-event phases across key channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Blog, PR, etc.).
- Coordinate with the Content Marketing and External Communication teams to produce articles, recap videos, visuals and Press Releases to amplify event awareness and engagement.
- Ensure the brand message is delivered consistently and professionally across all activities and materials.
3. Performance Evaluation
- Monitor, collect and analyze event performance metrics including attendance, engagement, brand visibility and cost efficiency.
- Propose creative ideas and strategic improvements to enhance the quality, impact and audience experience for future events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in Event Marketing/Corporate Communications, preferably within a technology or B2B environment.
- Proven experience in organizing international exhibitions, industry conferences or technology events is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in the end-to-end event management process (planning – budgeting – logistics – on-site coordination – post-event evaluation). - Strong understanding of branding and content marketing, and how events contribute to overall brand strategy.
- Skilled in using basic design and management tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, Trello/Asana, and Google Workspace.
- Familiar with digital event tools such as Zoom Webinar, Hopin, Eventbrite, or livestream setup (Nice-to-have).
- Ability to write content, press releases, event MC scripts, and event narratives with clarity and professionalism.
