We are looking for a digitally savvy E-Marketing Assistant Brand Manager to help build our brand in the fast-growing online beauty space. If you’re passionate about e-commerce, content, and data-driven marketing, this role will give you full hands-on ownership and a clear path to becoming a future Brand Manager.

What You’ll Do
1. E-Commerce & Digital Store Owner (Core Responsibility) (40–50% workload)
Digital Store Management & E-Commerce Sales Growth
- Oversee daily/weekly operation flow, inventory, product listing, chat management, response tracking. Ensure seamless customer service across Shopee, TikTok Shop
- Build and execute monthly digital plans: promotional schemes, bundles, cross-selling, and seasonal campaigns. Monitor platform trends and identify growth opportunities for visibility and conversion.
- Coordinate small-quantity order packing when needed and ensure product accuracy.
Livestream & Content Coordination
- Co-develop livestream strategies: monthly plan & KPI, product flow, hooks, sales mechanics, and engagement tactics.
- Coordinate with livestream agencies, KOL partners, and internal content teams.
2. Digital Brand Building & Content Strategy (30–35% workload)
- Assist in shaping the brand's voice, message, and content direction across social media and e-commerce.
- Work with the Brand Manager to draft product briefs, key visuals, claims, and storytelling angles.
- Coordinate content production with creative partners (KOLs, creators, designers, studios).
- Conduct digital competitor study, trend mapping, and consumer insight analysis to strengthen brand relevance among Gen Z.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
3. Distributor & Vendor Coordination (20–25% workload)
- Work as point-of-contact for distributor partners on stock flow, purchase orders, and replenishment.
- Handle administrative and commercial documents (POs, invoices, sales sheets)..
- Support Brand Manager with agency and vendor management including: production suppliers, creative studios, and KOL agencies.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant fields.
- Fluent in English. Korean is a plus
- 2+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or brand coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with major e-commerce platforms.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership.
Preferred
- Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG.
- Understanding of online user behavior, conversion funnels, and digital trends.
- Experience working with KOLs, creators, and e-commerce partners.
- Ability to create simple content briefs, recaps, and performance reports.
