1. Overview
The Social & Community Executive will be responsible for managing influencer, creator, and
community collaborations to strengthen Traveloka’s brand visibility and perception. This role plays
a key part in amplifying marketing campaigns, maintaining brand advocacy, and supporting
partnership initiatives across various channels.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain long-term relationships with creators, influencers who align with
Traveloka’s brand positioning and target audience
- Plan and execute influencer and community activities across key campaigns (1-2 per month),
partnership projects, and BAU initiatives to enhance brand visibility, ensure consistent messaging,
and meet marketing objectives
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve
effectiveness and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, in full (OTIF), and
aligned with overall marketing plans
- Stay updated on social trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators to uncover new
engagement opportunities
- Monitor online discussions and brand mentions across social platforms to identify opportunities for
advocacy and reputation management
- Plan and execute advocacy initiatives to strengthen brand image, foster positive sentiment, and
enhance overall brand health
- Handle administrative tasks and paperwork related to social media operations, KOL collaborations,
and other assigned activities as needed
3. Job Requirement
- Can do attitude
- Strong understanding of the local influencer and online community ecosystem.
- Understanding of travel industry and passion for travel are a plus
- Willing to travel for work, including accompanying KOL groups for content trips or sponsorship
projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, and a strong team player.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in major social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Threads is a plus)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and report insights.

6. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or
related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, community management, or
digital campaigns (experience in travel or lifestyle industries is a plus).
