OVERVIEW:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing department. You will be expected to be an integral part of our big team. You will be in charge of developing and implementing intervention on market dynamic to achieve business target in an effective way.

REPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead development and implementation short term trade promotion program to support business objectives
• Responsible for Promotion Payment and overseas tours to customers
• Responsible for Merchandizing / POSM items and store visibility
• Campaign planning, implementation and evaluation
• Ensure process complied to internal/external procedure requirement
• Other assignments as assigned by line managers or Head of Department/BOM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in business, preferable in Marketing, Business Administration
• 0 - 2 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing department within retail, FMCG, building materials sector, including retail network & brand / product management
• Knowledgeable in cement industry and professional business conduct are plus
• Good English and Vietnamese language skills
