A. Objectives of this role

• Be a part of Marcom team and belong to Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) team, who take care of MKT Branding/ MKT Products/ MKT Partnership and Internal Communication also. 

• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for OPES, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, included into owned OPES channels. 

• Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content

• Work with internal and other stakeholders to maintain OPES’s campaign/ projects. 

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels; partners’ channels; … 

• Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize users experience

 

B. Responsibilities

• Have knowledge and experience with B2B2C Marketing; D2C Marketing (app & web). For example: Product launching; Branding activation/ events; Media Partners;…ect) 

• Create and manage content for OPES’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication

• Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns

• Stay up to date on the latest social media trends; implement them in OPES’s marketing campaigns. 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques

• Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs. Develop and monitor campaign budgets (P&L management). 

 

C. Skills and qualifications

• Soft skill: Negotiation; Professional communication; Teamwork; Customer service; Problem – solving; Logic thinking, Reasonable, Outgoing, Adaptation. Fluent in Vietnamese and English.  

• Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends

• Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices

• Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends

• Strong project management and managerial skills

 

D. Preferred qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of current digital trends

• Experience in digital marketing, or a related field

• Proficiency in photo and video editing software

• Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research

• Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

• Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
